Minnesota Lifestyle Solutions (M.L.S) – is a local worker/owned cooperative home health-care agency, that was founded in 2022, by a small diverse group of individuals working together with the same vision, motivation, and passion of making a real difference in their communities, for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are 245D providers.

Meet the Founders

Creating a difference by empowering others that face barriers and exclusion has always been important to me. Advocacy plays a big role in my life and career, and I am privileged to help people I serve find and / or amplify their voices and meet their goals."
Fun Fact" I enjoy plants, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.

I am committed to making a positive difference in the community through my work and service. Knowing that I've had some small contribution to supporting someone in achieving their individual identified goals is incredibly fulfilling. My family and friends are my foundation and they make every day a true blessing. I believe that together we can do great things!"
Fun facts: i love animals especially my squishy dog, Millie. She gives great hugs! I love flowers, gardening, walks in the woods, and unique puzzles that are different shapes or 3 dimensional.

I have lived in Minnesota all my life and been in the Home Health-Care field for fifteen years. I love the outdoors and getting some sunshine whether its summer or winter, you will find me on the water fishing.
Fun Fact: I have Chickens, Quail and Rabbits.

I'm Rachel and I chose to work in this field because i am a people person who enjoys helping others. In my spare time I like to camping, spending time with family and scrapbooking.
Fun fact: I can ride a unicycle!

"I Am an compassionate, animal lover. I have studied gerontology, biological science and applied psychology at St. Cloud State university. I was an adult foster care provider for nearly 15 years. I was honored to received the Minnesota social service Association distinguished service award for adult foster care. In my younger days, I was a CNA and an EMT. Throughout my life, I have lived in four different states. I am a mother of three one who Is neurodivergent. I am still not a grandma - yet."
